Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, and relationship difficulties. They find themselves stuck in unwanted patterns of people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, perfectionism, decision paralysis, and/or emotional reactivity that leave them struggling to feel at ease with themselves and to connect with others. They desire to break free from the past in order to live more authentically and to be the healthiest version of themselves, both for themselves and for their current or future partners, families, children, and friends.

In therapy, we'll work to uncover and gain insight into emotional wounds from the past that are impacting how you feel and relate to others today. As we identify the root causes of your symptoms, we'll incorporate techniques focused on growing in emotional regulation, confidence in who you are, and relating to others in healthy ways.

Though we don't get to choose which sufferings we face in life, we also don't have to live from those places of hurt forever.
