My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space for you, where we can face these challenges together. With empathy and support, we’ll begin to explore the feelings and experiences that cause you pain and keep you feeling stuck.

My philosophy is simple: connect with you as a whole person. Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, perfectionism, ADHD, or other challenges, my approach is rooted in increasing self-awareness and helping you develop tools to better understand and soothe your mind and body.

My hope is to help you make sense of the past, live in the present, and move toward a more hopeful future. Many of us find relationships hard to navigate, especially when it comes to making new friends. This group is for those who’ve experienced developmental trauma (e.g. untreated parent w/ alcohol use, abandonment, neglect) and feel its lasting imprint on friendship in adult life. So much of building connection is learned in early childhood, and when that process is disrupted, something tender can remain unmet. Think of this group as a kind of playground for the part of you that still longs for friendship: a place to process what’s old and gently learn, practice, and try something new.
