I utilize systemic, evidence-based theories and practices to meet my client where they are and take them where they want to go. This simply means I view people within the context of their relationships and utilize interventions that have proven to be effective.
As a therapist, I enjoy getting the opportunity to walk with people through different seasons in their lives; whether those seasons are enjoyable, difficult, confusing, mundane or a mixture of each. I believe this life can be good, but it can also be difficult and no one gets through it without picking up some wounds along the way.
With each client I hope to develop a therapeutic relationship that is characterized by authenticity, safety and comfort. I aim to challenge when necessary and partner with you in reaching your goals. Additionally, I offer biblically integrated therapy upon request. I look forward to meeting with you and continuing your journey to emotional health.
