I know personally what the the transformational journey of becoming a mom is like. It can bring some of your highest highs and lowest lows, which can feel confusing (and exhausting) at times. My own journey, along with extensive training in perinatal mental health, fuels the passion I have for working with women in this stage of life. This includes women thinking about conceiving, trying to conceive, those struggling with fertility and loss, pregnant, newly postpartum or further in their motherhood journey. If this sounds like you, I believe that you deserve specialized and intentional support and would love to meet you.
I am trained in both traditional talk therapy methods as well as certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is an eye movement therapy that can transform your life in a quick and effective manner. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International to best support women in this stage of life.
I aim to meet you where you are and provide a comfortable, safe environment to work through any issues that you may be facing together.
