In my 20 years of experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues, I have completed extensive training in a variety of evidence-based models and approaches. The cornerstones of my practice are compassion -focused, relational and collaborative. In addition, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
I partner with clients in order to support their individual needs in the areas of depression, anxiety, addictions, stress, trauma and grief.
