I love connecting with people and giving folks the opportunity to process without pressure or judgment. I believe that having space to breathe, talk, and figure things out is so incredibly healing!

Together we will build towards finding more balance and working through past stresses and traumas that hold you back. I work from several different theoretical orientations. I use Hakomi (somatic-centered mindfulness, re-parenting etc), Bowen Family systems theory, CBT for symptoms of anxiety, EFT when our focus is more on traumas.

We'll work as a team to identify your goals and design a plan to get you where you want to be. I believe in creating a space where you feel safe, heard and understood.
