Hi, I’m Olivia! My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for you to feel understood and valued. I work primarily with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem difficulties, and life transitions. I have a passion for supporting clients navigating women’s health issues such as perinatal & postpartum mental health challenges, infertility, and pregnancy loss.
I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach to counseling. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and helping clients tap into their inner strengths and resilience to promote growth and healing. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
