Every person has the potential to live with more freedom, joy, ease, and love, and therapy supports us to realize this potential. Many of my clients have been hurt in relationships — both presently and in the past — and yearn to heal from these experiences and find freedom from overthinking, self-criticism and doubt, anxiety, chronic busyness, control, depression, addiction or problematic substance use, and fear of being left or overwhelmed by others. My goal is to help you uncover who you truly are and live with more peace, acceptance, embodiment, autonomy, confidence, satisfaction, intimacy, and joy.

My training includes personal study of psychoanalytic theory and Jungian depth psychology, as well as a decade of my own therapy. I take a body and emotion focused, experiential, and relational approach to therapy and am a Level 1 AEDP therapist. I also utilize practices from ego state work, somatics, Hakomi, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness in my work.

In combining science with the wisdom of the body, together we will name and challenge your entrenched beliefs, identify and understand your defense mechanisms and triggers, and undo suffering, shame, and aloneness that stem from past trauma.
