This work is personal to me. My own experiences with pregnancy loss and postpartum mental health inform the care I bring to this space.
I specialize in supporting women and couples through miscarriage, stillbirth, fertility challenges, postpartum struggles, and the identity shifts of parenthood — alongside anxiety, codependency, family trauma, and body image. Using a warm, relational, mindfulness-based approach, I help you reconnect with your needs, intuition, and sense of worth.
