My approach is integrative, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Existential Therapy. I believe meaningful change happens within a strong therapeutic relationship built on empathy, authenticity, and respect. When appropriate, I also incorporate music therapy techniques into sessions based on each client's needs and preferences.
