As a trans, queer member of the team at Arrive Therapy, I am very passionate about providing gender-affirming and trauma-informed care to LGBTQ+ individuals and their loved ones. I work closely with transgender adults and teens, with experience in treating gender dysphoria, body image, trauma, suicidal ideation, addiction, anxiety and depression. Whether you live in Philadelphia or reside in Chester county, my service reaches clients from Phoenixville, Exton, Paoli, West Chester, Bryn Mawr, Landsdowne & all surrounding areas. Virtual sessions are offered to all, no matter the distance.
I specialize in helping those with complex trauma and understand the weight of carrying intense and heavy experiences (both as they unfold and the aftermath). Trusting someone to reveal yourself to and talk about your life with can be unnerving and take time. In our time together, you are in control and get to decide what pieces you want to explore.
Think of our sessions as car ride; you're the driver and I'm a passenger. You can take me anywhere and show me anything you want. I won't try to grab the wheel or get you to drive somewhere you avoid. At the same time, I'll gently challenge your resistance and encourage you to do the same. We can build the skills needed to visit painful spots, at your pace.

Groups
Transmen and Transmasc Support Group
This is a virtual group for trans men and all transmasc identities (including questioning) looking to connect with their community and receive support from peers. Subjects range from individual disclosure, shared experiences, and trans-related hardships... to general life goals, hobbies, and movies. No matter what your 'transition status' (if transitioning) is, all transmen/mascs are welcome and will be fully accepted. Using zoom, this group meets every other Thursday from 7pm - 7:50pm (EST), with a cost per session at $35.
