My guiding principle is simple: I believe it is possible for us to learn to trust ourselves, no matter how tangled we may feel. I believe that change is possible. I will help you discover what wellness and happiness means to you, and what the obstacles appear to be. Then we will see how to help you move through those obstacles to that deeper vision.
