Like the olive tree, people have the capacity to heal and flourish again, even in difficult seasons. Through counseling, I’ll walk alongside you as you navigate change, gain clarity, and build a life of renewed strength and peace.

I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR and PCIT and can integrate Christian counseling for clients who are interested in a faith-based approach. I offer both online therapy to Virginia and North Carolina residents and equine-assisted psychotherapy in Virginia Beach.

Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for healing and resilience. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs.
