I utilize a combination of evidence based practices in addition to person-centered modalities when working with clients. Prior experience centers around anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, life transitions, relationship/social issues, family dynamics, school/executive functioning as well as navigating chronic illness, disability & special needs.
