I specialize in individual therapy with LGBTQ+ adults seeking support for complex trauma and PTSD with a full spectrum of evidence-based, dynamic therapeutic tools. I work best with clients who are committed to the work and who are interested in a comprehensive treatment plan to address the deeply lodged pain, negative self-beliefs, and problematic relationship patterns that often occur as a result of trauma. I have been working primarily with queer and transgender trauma survivors since 2017, and I offer a space that is non-judgmental and affirming.

In our sessions, we will create a customized plan for your trauma therapy treatment using evidence-based and newly researched therapeutic approaches. I am certified in EMDR, DBT, Existential Therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, as well as many others, and I pursue regular continuing education to provide the best care possible to my clients.
