Navigating life transitions can be very challenging, whether it's adjusting to a new job, going through a breakup, or embracing the role of parenthood. I provide a non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their feelings and thoughts during these times. I am also a strong proponent of setting healthy boundaries and expressing needs effectively. I believe that establishing clear boundaries is crucial for maintaining personal well-being, boosting your confidence, and fostering healthy relationships.
I mainly utilize strength-based and CBT therapeutic approach. With strength-based approach we will uncover your existing strengths while with CBT techniques we will identify and challenge the maladaptive thoughts and beliefs that may be impacting your well-being. We will also practice how to set clear boundaries and expressing your needs effectively.
I primarily work with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, and postpartum. My expertise also includes working with children and adolescents who struggle academically and/or socially-emotionally and need additional support succeeding in school.
