My goal is to help individuals tap into their inner resources to promote healing. Each human being is an individual with their unique challenges. My integrative practice, grounded in insight-oriented psychodynamic psychotherapy, uses a variety of other traditional and alternative approaches and healing techniques to address individual needs of my clients.
