From the outside, it might look like you’re holding it all together but inside, you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or just not feeling like yourself. You may be carrying a lot and not sure where to put it. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with adults and couples, especially women, who are dealing with stress, relationship challenges, past hurt, and the weight that can come with being a woman of color or navigating stress and trauma. I also support people through big life changes; like becoming a parent, relationship shifts, breakups, career changes, or trying to figure out what’s next.

Therapy with me feels like a real conversation. You don’t have to have the “right words” or pretend you’re okay. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and find ways to cope that actually fit your life.
