Perinatal Support Group
I would like to offer a Perinatal Support Group for moms with infants in this strange, different and difficult time. A safe and confidential space where moms can talk about their feelings, know that you are not alone, learn coping and self care skills while bonding with newborn and balancing other life responsibilities. The group will take place on ZOOM, in the comfort of your home. Time and date to be decided, based group members need. Fee per group is $30. Please message me or text at 718-208-5487.
