My work integrates somatic therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ego state therapy, attachment-based therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness, and other trauma-focused approaches.
I don’t believe therapy should be about forcing yourself to “move on.”
Instead, we work at a pace that respects your nervous system and your capacity for safety.
