Hi, my name is Olga Bostic. I am a licensed professional counselor in a state of OK. I am very passionate about helping people of all backgrounds, cultures and understandings of life to get back to their authentic self. In my practice I use a combination of a handful of approaches. I lean towards mindfulness based DBT in combination with client-centered therapy, which has worked really well for my clients who have had a difficulty with emotional regulation. I also use elements of Gestalt as well as parts work, very present focused approaches that work well for understanding and reprocessing trauma and difficult emotions and states.
I typically work with adults of all stages of life, I believe my approach works especially well for those going through life transitions. I have a lot of experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, dual diagnosis as well as coping with grief, loss and trauma.
My clients find me to be an intuitive listener, who is compassionate, non-judgmental, insightful and humorous, guiding them to see a bigger picture in a situation and in life.
