I am level I certified IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist.
I offer marital counseling to individuals and couples. I specialize in domestic violence, mood disorder, depression, addictions, and anxiety. I work with children and teenagers on coping skills in the midst of challenges involving bullying, cyber-bullying, sexual harassment, cliques, and social and educational struggles.
With a background in spiritual counseling, I am eager to help those with faith issues. I believe that people can be empowered to take charge of their lives, to find happiness, and to make positive changes. And I am here to help.
