I specialize in integrative healing from cPTSD, childhood emotional abuse and neglect, and its impact on our relationships in adulthood. I use an eclectic approach of modalities and techniques: Schema Therapy; CBT; DBT; IFS; Hypnotherapy; Psychodynamic and Existential approaches.

In our sessions, you will find a non-judgmental and confidential environment. I take a client-centered approach, meaning your goals and needs are always at the forefront of our work together.
