Making the decision to find help is hard enough. That’s why my goal in counseling is to create a place where you feel safe enough to tell your story. I have experience working with a variety of client concerns from anxiety and depression to relationship conflict and stress.
I use eclectic approaches including person centered therapy and CBT. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, and am trained in EMDR, a specialized treatment protocol for trauma and PTSD. I have experience working with individuals who survived physical, sexual, emotional abuse, neglect, first responders, veterans, motor vehicle accident victims, and many more.
