I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California with 5 years of clinical experience counseling individuals in private practice, non-profit organizations, and community clinics. I have worked with clients on a variety of mental health issues and personal issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, addictions, relationship issues, sleeping issues, pregnancy and parenting concerns, spirituality, and career transitions. My goal in my counseling is to help my clients live deeply fulfilling lives and reach their full potential.
My therapeutic orientation comes from a background in Jungian therapy, existential view of life, mindfulness training, extensive hypnotherapy experience, and evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy experiential processes. I offer a safe environment for you to be vulnerable as well as teach you experiential processes to move past your issues.
