Being a trauma informed therapist for well over 10 years; you have to wear many hats, as everyone is different. I specialize in treating clients with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and through life changing events. Certified in TF-CBT, EMDR therapy and routinely utilize Holistic/Yoga therapy in my practice.
I hold a masters in psychology as well as social work; and have been educated in both the US academic system, as well as internationally – this gives me a unique perspective which I utilize for targeted, actionable results. I am privileged for your consideration.
