I am Olatunde, which means "honor comes again." I love to think and connect deeply, creating life-changing bonds of mind and spirit. I like to explore the most intimate connections possible between people--particularly for individuals and couples. The deepest issue, need, and goal we have is to connect intimately and completely with at least one person. We want to fully know ourselves, and be mutually known by at least one person. Sometimes therapy is our first experience of this, but it shouldn't be our only or last experience. I will help you find your truest identity and intimacy--first in, then beyond therapy.
My most helpful specialty is therapeutic empathy: the ability to listen actively and skillfully. But listening alone doesn't create the life changing bond or life skill needed beyond therapy. After creating and modeling a therapeutic bond, I become a guide for you in the skills of authenticity and intimacy, in becoming fully you and fully connected.
