I believe that people deserve to be wholly well. I aim to help people fall in love with the life they are living. If you frequently feel as though you are walking through the motions of life and are just existing, you deserve more. If you feel like you can’t break the cycles that constantly set you back, you deserve freedom. You deserve to wake up excited and content with your life.

I am a licensed health service psychologist and co-owner of Green Country Psychology in Tulsa, Oklahoma. My clinical work is firmly rooted in object relations theory, a branch of psychoanalytic thought that emphasizes how early relationships shape the way individuals understand themselves and others. Drawing on over a decade of experience, I work with children, adolescents, and adults to explore unconscious dynamics, internal conflicts, and relational patterns that impact emotional well-being and development. As a Christian, I also specializes in the integration of psychology and faith.

It does not matter where these challenges originated from, the challenge now is to find an effective method of coping with them going forward. I look forward to working with you to explore the choices you have in facing and handling these difficult challenges.

My work focuses on helping the nervous system and brain come back into regulation so that change can happen more naturally — without force, pressure, or endless self-monitoring. I integrate depth-oriented therapy with infraslow neurofeedback, a powerful brain-based approach that supports the brain’s capacity to settle, reorganize, and restore balance. As a board-certified neurofeedback provider, I work directly with the brain to address what insight alone can’t always reach.
Many people find this approach especially helpful when talk therapy has brought understanding but not relief.

Many of us believe we should have everything figured out, but it's normal to feel lost at times or struggle to understand ourselves. Maybe you long for meaning, authenticity, and connection, but often life feels like something you’re just pushing through. Moving forward requires deeply understanding ourselves, examining past wounds, challenging limiting beliefs, and even facing parts of ourselves we prefer to ignore. This journey is easier with a compassionate guide who offers non-judgmental support and curiosity, and who can help support you as you work through difficult emotions and patterns to build a life you enjoy.

Since graduating in 2017 with my Master of Arts degree in Counseling, I have worked in both community mental health agency and private practice settings. Before 2017, I worked at an inpatient facility and then interned at a group practice for 1.5 years. In my 11 years of experience, I've learned that I have the most success with clients who are eager to make changes. We will likely not be a good fit if you are looking for a “quick fix” as good work takes time. I have the most experience working with attachment wounds, relationship insecurities, lack of identity, anxiety, and depression. I work with individual clients ages 15 and up.
