My passion and purpose is to assist people in finding peace and healing in a way that is painless. I have observed that the imprints of some experiences have been continuing to cause pain, emotional unrest, and have been affecting how the person interacts with themselves, their loved ones, and the world. I earnestly believe that NOTHING is wrong with YOU! The problem has been with the way the mind has been processing information and through the use of Rapid Resolution Therapy we can make a significant difference in how you have been thinking, feeling, acting, and reacting.

Much of my clinical experience has been working with individuals and families impacted by challenging life events, whether it be a one-time problematic experience or generational. Sometimes there isn't an identified traumatic event or 'reason' one might be experiencing unwanted emotions and or behaviors. Many folks are simply seeking a therapist that will collaboratively work with them to improve overall well-being while learning to recognize and further develop their strengths. I help clients understand why they do what they do, while learning and improving skills, healthy reasoning, and adaptability.

Grief, grudges, worries and feelings of overwhelm are normal experiences too.
When important relationships feel tenuous, sleep eludes you and your energy is failing, and you begin to think some of your physical complaints are really emotional, there's very likely an old story underlying the issue. Using energy psychology, we work together to ferret out the old stories and beliefs, replacing them with new, healthier thoughts.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, or patterns in relationships that keep showing up no matter how hard you try to move forward? Many of the clients I work with feel emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to process experiences that still feel close to the surface. If you’re looking for a space where you can be fully seen, supported, and gently guided toward healing, you don’t have to do it alone.

Reduced Prices in 2026! When you have been impacted by negative life experiences, hardship, and trauma you may feel unsure and alone. It can be particularly painful when the source of those wounds could be people and places that are supposed to be safe, like partners, friends, family and even religion. In those times, reaching out for help is a sign of strength, courage, and resilience. I consider it a privilege to partner with my clients as they learn to adjust to, and even thrive in, the ups and downs of life!

Parenting can be quite challenging, and being a child has its own difficulties as well! We experience moments of joy and hope, but we also face frequent changes and stress. For children, navigating the blend of emotions that comes with their experiences can be tough, sometimes resulting in significant behaviors. For parents, supporting their children through intense feelings and actions can feel daunting. For some, the journey to start a family can seem impossible and isolating. No matter where you are in your parenting journey, I aim to offer you and your family a safe and nurturing environment to learn and grow together.

Grief Therapists
How long does therapy take for grief?
There is no exact timeline for grief counseling. Some people may start to feel better after just a few sessions, while others may take months or longer to feel relief. Some specific approaches, including some types of CBT, may involve a set number of sessions, or therapy may be open-ended until the patient determines they are ready to wrap up. Just as there is no right or wrong way to grieve, there is no right or wrong way to seek therapy for grief.

When should you seek therapy for grief?
Many people mistakenly believe that their grief needs to be debilitating or all-encompassing to warrant therapy. This is not the case. While people who experience severe, prolonged grief—particularly those who are considering self-harm or engaging in unhealthy substance use—are especially likely to benefit from therapy, so too are people whose grief is less intense but still interfering with well-being or daily functioning. In practice, almost anyone struggling to process a loss could benefit from grief counseling.

Can grief be managed without therapy?
Oftentimes, yes. Grief is a near-universal part of being human, and many find that their grief, while profound, does not stop them from participating in day-to-day life and steadily eases over time without outside help. For others, however, the harsh pain of early grief persists for months or years or leaves them unable to function. This group is especially likely to benefit from seeing a therapist, who can guide them through their grief and help them reconnect with the world.

What happens if grief is left untreated?
Because grief does not in itself necessitate therapy, untreated grief will often resolve on its own. However, for some people—particularly those who would qualify for a diagnosis of prolonged grief disorder—untreated grief can be a source of seemingly endless pain or lead them to withdraw from the world. In such cases, treatment can be indispensable, as it can help an individual adapt to the loss and start living again.
