I imagine therapy as engaging in a process or strategy for growth. Sometimes growing is a simple step of strength and enrichment towards goals. Sometimes growing is a journey from pain through suffering into wholeness. I believe your true self was made in the image of God, to experience life that is full and abundant. Many adversities can impact the journey towards wholeness. I honor your starting place, and I look forward to partnering with you as you redeem your sufferings and restore your peace and hope.

Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need support as we navigate difficult seasons. I enjoy working with adults, teens and children, who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or discouraged. Whether you're facing emotional, relational, or behavioral challenges, I strive to create a place where you can be honest about what you're experiencing, feel understood, and work toward healing. I believe that we were made to be in relationship with one another, which means no one is meant to struggle alone. As a Christian, I also enjoy incorporating faith and biblical principles for clients who desire that approach.

Or as a new parent, maybe pregnancy, birth, infertility, or postpartum weren’t what you expected.
For over a decade, I've supported grieving adults and families as they navigate life after loss. Having kids of my own, I became passionate about helping new parents feel calm, confident, and capable, and find small moments of connection and joy in parenting. I am particularly enthusiastic about working with parents of multiples, being a twin mom myself.

It's been a long day, maybe a long week or year. Are you finding yourself lost, confused, or just plain tired? Are your kids overwhelming and the demands of marriage weighing you down? My job is to help you see the object on the road that you can't see yourself to better help you thrive. Getting that outside, judgement free, support and guidance is often very helpful to help us move forward from the stuck spot. We all get to a point we can't move past, and need help, so please take care of yourself so you can be the best version of you for everyone you love.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety and stress, couples seeking to rebuild connection, and parents managing the everyday challenges of raising a family — including ADHD and developmental concerns.
I draw on CBT, DBT, humanistic, and Gottman Method approaches, tailored to fit each person rather than a one-size-fits-all method. My Positive Psychology training (UPenn certificate) shapes how I help clients build on strengths, not just manage symptoms. I see clients via secure telehealth, licensed in Delaware and Oklahoma.

I help people who are dealing with stress, life transitions, parenting, or relationship struggles.
The most important part of therapy is feeling safe and connected with your therapist. You should feel seen, heard, and accepted. Together we’ll build on this foundation by developing a holistic approach that works best for you. I am trained in mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

Immediate openings available! Therapy is a space where rather than asking "What is wrong with you?" we can answer the question "What happened to you?" I help people who feel stuck in old patterns, professionals burned out from giving too much, and anyone carrying the weight of past trauma who wants to finally feel at peace in their own skin. My goal is to help you feel calmer in your body, more confident in your decisions, and more connected to the people you love. Therapy isn’t just about healing the past, it’s about creating a future where you feel free, steady, and genuinely yourself.

Parenting Therapists
What does therapy for parenting look like?
Therapists may work with parents individually, together, or include the whole family to find solutions for the problems a parent faces. Many parent-based therapies work on a parent’s relationship with their children, problem-solving within the family, and analysis of family dynamics. Therapy conducted remotely by video may be helpful in allowing a therapist to observe how families interact in their own homes.

When should a parent seek therapy?
When behavioral problems begin to disrupt the healthy functioning of a family, it may be a good time to look into therapy. If parents find that children are acting out in school, have started using drugs or alcohol, have developed eating disorders, or other similar red flags, a therapist may be able to help.

How long does therapy take for parenting problems?
Depending on the severity of a family’s challenges and the type of treatment utilized, therapy for parenting can last from weeks to months. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a pragmatic therapy type that can be brief, most often ranging from between 5 and 20 sessions. Structural family therapy, which inspects family dynamics, often takes several months. Parent-child interaction therapy is typically shorter-term, lasting between 10 and 20 sessions. For any therapy, the duration will depend on the progress made and results realized.

Can therapy help parents dealing with burnout or stress?
Parenting is difficult. Parents may dismiss or conceal feelings of exhaustion, overwhelm, or escape ideation—imagining withdrawing from their parental obligations altogether. but left unattended, these feelings can have negative effects on the whole family. A therapist can help parents work on the skills they might need to better cope with the burdens of parenting and help them be the best parents they can be.
