I am passionate about helping clients work through these challenges to create deep meaningful connections in their relationships and with themselves. I do this by creating a safe, welcoming, and empathetic space where we can explore together the issues bringing you into therapy and work to cultivate the change and healing you desire to see in your life. Whether it is anxiety, depression, relational, or stage of life issues, I strive to help clients meet their unique goals and find the healing they are hoping for.

I believe that every person has an authentic need to be known and loved. I also firmly believe that every person has an innate dignity and goodness that needs to be uncovered and affirmed. My goal is to provide a safe and secure relationship for my clients to experience being seen, known, and loved. I want my clients to feel safe to process the difficult and/or meaningful things in their life. My hope is to offer a space that allows me to walk alongside clients as they navigate the hardships and difficulties they may be experiencing. I desire for my sessions to be client-centered, leaving clients with a newfound sense of freedom.

Parenting is hard! Parenting a child who is processing trauma or struggling with defiance, anger, or depression, makes parenting even more difficult and confusing. I work from a Christian perspective, specializing in children and teens with ODD, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD), depression, anxiety, reactive attachment disorder (RAD) and other types of emotional dysregulation. I see children and their parents separately and together to help strengthen the health of the entire family unit.
