Most everyone experiences trauma during their lifetime. Trauma can include death/illness of a loved one, physical, sexual or emotional abuse, domestic violence, bullying, divorce and/or other devastating events. Now, with COVID 19, our world is enduring primary, secondary and even tertiary trauma. If left unresolved, trauma can manifest into depression, anxiety, anger, difficulty in social relationships, obsessions, compulsions and difficulty focusing at school or work. I have the skills to help process through these issues; both individually and within the family. I enjoy supporting others as they discover their own resiliency.
