I provide an open, caring and safe environment for you to discuss your most private difficulties and challenges. I focus on building a positive therapeutic relationship to promote maximum positive change and growth. I specialize in highlighting the goals and standards that you want to achieve and processing how your daily decisions/actions bring you closer to success within that goal... or take you further away from what you would like to accomplish. I use Reality Therapy to help clients on improving present relationships and circumstances, while steering away from much discussion of past events.
Sometimes there can be mental blockages and obstructions that make it very difficult for a person to see the options available to them. My goal is to illuminate those options/choices, and help work through the benefits or consequences of the selected courses of action. The goal being to create a scenario where positive decision-making has become a habit.
I am also familiar and knowledgeable about lifestyle challenges that athletes, couples, veterans and active service members face. I understand that sometimes it can be a lot... let us address these challenges directly, and make a conscious effort towards solutions.
