Life moves quickly, and it can be difficult to feel like we can keep up. We all have things on our plate, which can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain of what to do next. Many of us are simply doing our best to understand ourselves, our relationships, and the sort of life we want to live. All at once. That's a lot. I believe everyone deserves a space to feel truly heard, where you can speak openly and without fear of judgment. I work to offer that space: a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and move toward meaningful change.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about understanding what’s working, what’s not, and rediscovering who you are and what truly matters. I bring over 30 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with warmth, humor, and authenticity.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation rather than a clinical exercise. I offer a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, gain insight, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.

While life can be beautiful in so many ways, it can also be just as challenging. Sometimes we need a little help to see through the difficulty and remember why we’re here. I believe we have the innate power inside of us to create a good life and I’m here to help you tune in to that ability. You might be experiencing emotions that you’d rather not feel, like anxiety, grief, anger, depression, sadness, frustration, stress, etc. We’ll often look into your past to help understand your present, in order to create a future in which you feel better, so you can move forward with confidence and authenticity.
All are welcome!

If you are considering starting therapy, you may be at a vulnerable place in your life. It's possible you're healing from past experiences, managing conflict, struggling to discover who you are, or experiencing new or enduring mental health symptoms. You may have even tried therapy before and felt defeated by a lack of therapeutic connection or ability to create meaningful change. I am passionate about creating a space where children, adolescents and adults feel their most seen, heard and accepted even when they feel their most vulnerable.
