I am a Masters Level Independently Licensed Social Worker and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III. I have worked in the field of social work since 2004. I specialize in Mental health mood disorders and associated issues.I am personable and I approach treatment with pride in being direct, spontaneous and communicative.
I Offer Telehealth video chat therapy. Our sessions are done via video face to face. Our sessions can be done virtually anywhere at your convenience.

It would be held once or twice a month (that's to be determined depends on demand. ) It would cover issues and topics like Social anxiety Life stress Relationship issues Self care / coping skills And more.. The format is open discussion via zoom. This group is therapeutic support in addition to individual counseling. It also can serve as therapy if your not able to get individual sessions at this time .It is covered by Insurance.
