Helen Keller wrote, "Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it." For those in grief, trauma, and other emotional pain, life can feel dark, lonely, and hopeless. When we suffer, we lose touch with our core of strength and well-being. But the resilience of the human heart offers hope for healing. I will provide you support and reassurance through a strong bond of trust and non-judgmental acceptance. In a kind and compassionate atmosphere, I will help you find your way back to peace and well-being.

You never thought you would feel like this, but here you are. You're feeling lost and uncertain of yourself, your relationships, even your feelings. You don't know what direction you are heading or where you should go. You've tried to explain your feelings to those closest to you, but being vulnerable is some scary shit. It's all so exhausting. All you know is that you are ready to make some changes. You are tired of feeling stuck and the changes might be scary, but nothing is as frightening as staying like this. You haven't felt like yourself in a long time and trying to find that version of you on your own isn't working right now.

Hello! I am a licensed therapist with 6+ years of experience working with mental health and addiction recovery for older teens and adults. I believe that healing past wounds creates new foundations for growth. I prioritize progress over perfection and I believe direction is more important than speed. If you find that you have a difficult time with perfectionism, control, verbalizing your emotions or needs, vulnerability, relaxation without guilt, high expectations/pressure, and making connections with other people then I might be a good fit to walk with you through your journey.

Hi, I’m glad you're here. I'm Billi, and I have been helping adults and adolescents overcome and heal from some of life's more difficult challenges for over 10 years. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to understand and address the issues you’re facing and I will be there to support you every step of the way. My approach is warm, nurturing, and thoughtful creating a safe space where you can explore your feelings, find clarity, and heal. I also believe in the power of humor, so while the process of healing can be deep and challenging it doesn’t have to be serious work all the time.

My approach is to simply show up as a real person who genuinely gives a shit about what's happening to you. I got into this field of work because I wanted to be supportive to people going through their own personal crisis. I think sessions can often bounce from being a bit light to being in the trenches dealing with those heavier traumas. I strive to make a place of non judgment and safety where everything can be on the table for exploration and discussion. I have never found those stale environments to be helpful and believe that healing is done best through strong rapport - paired with a healthy use of profanity and everything!
