The journey toward healing starts with one step—and I’m here to walk alongside you. I began my career in the counseling centers of two local colleges, working primarily with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and while most of my clients have been ages 18–27, I’ve also worked with adults in their 50s.

Many of the people I work with are used to being the support for everyone else. Therapists, helpers, and highly self-aware individuals often come to therapy feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. You may understand your patterns and still feel stuck. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and neurodivergence, including those exploring late-diagnosed ADHD or autism.

A lot of the people I work with are exhausted. Not lazy. Not broken. Exhausted.
They’re overthinking everything, carrying everyone else’s emotional baggage, apologizing too much, and functioning on caffeine, survival mode, and pure obligation. Some struggle with anxiety that never fully shuts off. Others are burned out, overwhelmed, grieving, emotionally stuck, or quietly wondering why life feels so much harder than it looks for everyone else.
A surprising number of people come to therapy saying some version of:“I’m holding it together externally, but internally? It’s giving raccoon in a dumpster fire.”
Honestly? Fair.

Individuals thrive toward their potential when their relationships are healthy and supportive. Being in healthy relationship is how we, as individuals and families, are sustained in the long term. Relationships that are healthy are consistent, have structure, are interdependent, and provide instruction that fosters individual and collective resiliency and progress.
When relationships are in crisis, individuals must be guided toward identifying the behaviors and attitudes that bring on conflict. When this awareness is achieved, change is possible. Here, attention to individual and relationship needs is equally important in the therapeutic process.
