In order to fully love ourselves, we must first learn how to understand ourselves. As a therapist, I want my clients to appreciate who they are, strengthen their relationships with people they love, and know themselves as peaceful, complete, and safe. Stress is a part of life, but it doesn't have to be the only part. I want to teach my clients how to manage difficult emotions, life's highs and lows, and experience their feelings without judging them.
