I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor who provides individual counseling services to adults 18+ for a variety of mental health concerns. I have had the opportunity to work with adolescents, adults , and families in both individual and group settings. In my work with adolescents, I have provided care for children and teens who report issues regarding suicide, depression, anxiety, family concerns, and behavioral issues. I have training in art and play therapy and specialize in the unique needs that children and adolescents face. I utilize a strength-based approach with each individual to help them achieve their goals toward wellness. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor-supervisor in the state of Ohio and received her graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary.

My time as a clinician has allowed me to develop a passion for providing trauma informed services to clients through extensive training on sexual assault and intimate partner violence. I work from a therapeutic style that assists me in meeting the individual needs of clients I encounter. I also enjoy practicing EMDR therapy.

Feelings of hopelessness, worthlessness, and helplessness often bring people into psychotherapy. I help children, adolescents, and adults individually or couples with emotional issues. These important issues present in our lives in many ways including relationship problems, feelings of anger, anxiety or depression that many times do not make sense or may feel that things may seem unchangeable. May be difficult to imagine that current circumstances in your life could ever be better. For example, difficulties with work or school performance, or you may simply feeling stuck.

Racheal Wilson (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is supervised by Michael Pollak, PCC-S. She provides individual counseling to adolescents (16+) and adults . Her areas of focus include bipolar disorder, dual-diagnosis, substance-use disorders, schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, complex trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
