I have experience in assisting clients dealing with depression, anxiety, Autism, ADHD, substance use, and many other mental health challenges. I enjoy working with adults to address and manage their mental health concerns. I prefer to utilize solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in treatment. I further utilize person-centered techniques and psychoeducation to assist her client’s in finding their individualized paths to wellbeing.

We use a holistic, integrative approach to mental health focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. We work with clients ages 3-100 using an integrative approach recognizing that many aspects effect mental health including our past experiences, upbringing, genetics, traumas, attachments, health, spiritual experiences, and more. Hello, My name is Jeremy Kwiatkowski I specialize in providing CBT, existential and jungian therapy for individuals in the critical stages of adolescence, young adulthood, men and women alike. I do individual and couple therapy. I am often a good fit for clients who want to integrate a spiritual perspective into therapy. By spiritual I mean living authentically, finding deep purpose, forgiving oneself and others, having compassion for yourself and others in the face of life's inevitable challenges, and seeing the sacred in the ordinary. I work with people of different faiths and those with no particular belief. I mix creativity, humor, and metaphors into therapy and encourage "daily practice for the rest of your life" to keep growth going long after therapy concludes. I have many years of experience working with early childhood trauma and severe, persistent mental illness, varying from ages of 5 years to 70+. I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties, and difficult life adjustments. While I have gained a variety of experience with different populations, I especially enjoy working with adults and I love to help my clients through their difficult times in life. I also work with couples looking to strengthen their relationships utilizing Gottman informed couples counseling. I put an emphasis on client-centered care, in which clients are able to work collaboratively with the counselor to establish treatment goals and facilitate feelings of empowerment.

I am a LPCC and Certified Sex Therapist through AASECT, licensed in OH. Many people tell me that I am the first person they have ever talked to about 'this stuff'. I primarily enjoy working with motivated clients who are interested in navigating the complexities of their intimate lives with openness and honesty.
