I specialize in working with adults with trauma especially childhood trauma. I have experience working with addiction, codependency, eating disorders, adult children of alcoholics and those that would like to have better control of their feelings. My clients are able to learn how put the past in the past and grow without the past continuing to haunt them.

Majority of my experience has been working with women who have a history of trauma, CPTSD, PTSD. I enjoy assisting women in healing from unhealthy relationships, narcissistic abuse, complex trauma, childhood trauma, etc. I enjoy utilizing a combination of treatment modalities that encompasses the Mind, Body, and Spirit. I am also a Lgbtq ally. I have worked with women in Domestic violence. I enjoy working with clients in an individual, couples, and/or group setting. I facilitate a women's trauma group for Domestic violence, sexual assault, and various other traumas. I enjoy being present with my clients & building that relationship

As a Licensed Professional Counselor working with Waybridge Counseling, my goal is to provide individuals and couples with a safe, welcoming environment through individual and partner therapy. I work with clients who are struggling with mental health issues, grief, trauma, depression and anxiety. My treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

First Responders experience unique expectations and stressors that can sometimes result in feeling agitated, angry, short-fused, numb, withdrawn and just not caring anymore. First Responders also have an arsenal of strengths and resources that can be activated to thrive in all areas of their life. Learning and training with experts to optimize performance are accepted practices among First Responders and making the decision to improve "life" performance is no different. We will work together to identify specific target areas, set specific goals, and have a measurable outcome utilizing evidenced-based practices and approaches.

I'm passionate about working with clients who want to improve their relationships and sex. Most often, I work with clients who want to overcome sexual challenges such as erectile dysfunction, low/mismatched libido, and sexual pain. Aside from sex therapy, I treat other general concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I also help clients work through trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Traditionally trained in psychodynamic and CBT. However, clients who are open to an overarching paradigm of spiritual/energy concepts have proven to benefit the most from CognoSpiritual Psychotherapy which I developed to address clinical issues, e.g., anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other psychological/emotional issues associated with living and working in this world. A fundamental assumption of the paradigm is that "God" is spirit/energy in All things, people, situations (omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent energy), not limited to man-made divisions of faith and practice.
