If you are ready to start looking at your thoughts and emotions in a way that helps you live a more conscious and values based life, then talk therapy might be a good place to start. However, my practice is more than just talk therapy. Here you will start to understand your subconscious thoughts through past and current experiences, work to defuse yourself from unhealthy thought patterns that might be keeping you in the same thought loop cycle, and start to build a better relationship with yourself. My goal is for you to be able to fully experience your thoughts and emotions and stay grounded in the present moment at any given time.

A primary interest of mine is to empower all to take control of and improve ones ability to function on a daily basis. This includes addressing stress, anxiety, mild to moderate depression, and other quality of life factors. I do have a special interest in impacting the mental health of women/females and alternative lifestyle individuals. However, I do welcome male clients for sure. I focus on sex therapy, sexuality and gender, and body liberation. I also work heavily with depression, anxiety, and relational needs. I work with both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships and pride myself on being BDSM and kink affirming. I offer both traditional counseling services and educational and coaching on Ethical Non-Monogamy and BDSM.
