I like to give my clients practical ideas that can help enhance the conduct of their lives. I also think that by talking things out with an experienced professional, my clients gain the courage to take control of their lives and make the (sometimes difficult) choices they know they need to make.

I am an Advanced Hypnotherapist and strengths based Therapist dedicated to empowering people to define and live their best lives. I have been in the field for 20 + years and have worked with folks on adjusting to all sorts of difficulties life brings, depression, anxiety, phobias, purpose and familial issues among other things. I have extensive experience in the treatment of substance use disorders, so I am comfortable working with those whose lives have been interrupted by the devastating effects of addiction. This includes family members of those who have developed addictions to mood altering chemicals. I work with those who are in recovery from substance use disorders and can guide those who are actively using into an appropriate level of care.

Trista provides care for individuals and families seeking help need to be able to do so without any fear of stigma or judgment. She focuses on helping people feel at ease so they can start the process of problem-solving and healing. Outside of work, Trista is an animal lover.

Erica Allen is a Professional Clinical Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist, who has been practicing since 2008. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Miami University and graduated from the University of Akron with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She utilizes family systems therapy which explores the strengths of the family and the impact of generational, social, community and cultural factors in treatment. She also incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.

As a clinician, my ultimate goal for my clients is to make therapy more inviting and safe. I take a very relational approach, placing a high priority on building trust and rapport with my clients. I love working with clients who may have not had great experiences with therapy in the past, and enjoy taking on the responsibility of making therapy less scary and overwhelming. It is through this therapeutic relationship that I believe true healing can begin. I hope to work together with my clients to find solutions and set goals that best meet the outcomes they are looking to achieve.

Holly Higgs is a Psychologist in Ohio who has been practicing since 2008. She has Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Holly believes in a treatment philosophy that is Cognitive Behavioral/Solution-Focused. In her spare time, Holly enjoys running, yoga, reading, cooking, music, and dining.

Brookana Bonezzi is a board certified advanced practice nurse with dual certification in pediatrics and mental health care. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Case Western Reserve University and her master's degree from the University of Akron. She also earned post-master's certification in psychiatric mental health from the University of Cincinnati. She has more than 10 years of nursing experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings and has served a variety of patients across the life span including children, adolescents and adults.

Vanilda Reyes de Noyes is a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor in Ohio who has been practicing since 2007. Through her work in a variety of settings including community mental health centers, hospitals, and churches, Vanilda has seen the need to create an environment where people can experience support and healing. She is committed to having a person-centered approach to help clients meet their therapeutic goals. In her spare time, Vanilda enjoys spending time with family and friends, a good cup of coffee, weight training at the gym, reading, and going on walks.

Tanya Morrow spent 25 years at the children and families social services agency Beech Brook, most recently as director of theEarly Childhood program. She is experienced in the treatment of behavior disorders and post-traumatic stressdisorder (PTSD) resulting fromabuse as well astrauma informed care, parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT) and LGBTQI issues. She hasspecial interest in treatment of women's issues, self-care and empowerment,life coaching, social skill development and resilience.

Dr. Biermann is a psychologist licensed to practice in Ohio since 2013. She earned her PhD in counseling psychology at the University of Akron. Her undergraduate degree in mathematics was awarded by Valparaiso University. She has provided psychological services in hospitals, long term care, primary care and private practice settings. Before training to become a psychologist, she worked in corporate and government settings for more than 25 years, informed by her MBA and her PhD in Operations Research from CWRU.
