I enjoy helping people with their relationships, marital or otherwise and relish working with couples, helping them redefine their differences, improve communication and rejuvenate their intimacy. I have also written a manual that can help couples who are having sexual issues reconnect and re-establish a healthy sex life.

Born in Olympia, Washington and raised around the world, I have always had a desire to help others. I completed the Master of Social Work program through the University of Southern California with a focus on Clinical Mental Health in 2018. I am very person centered and enjoy being able to meet my client’s where they are, utilizing Evidence Based Practices to assist them in achieving our established SMART goals.

Dr. Larry Stephens is a professional counselor working in private practice in Dayton, Ohio. He specializes in clinical mental health and substance abuse counseling. With over 29 years of combined counseling and clinical/administrative supervisory experience in the Behavioral Healthcare field, and he is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of adult clients. Among his areas of expertise are substance abuse/dependence, spiritual issues, depression/anxiety, marriage/other relationship issues, social skills development, anger management, sexual compulsivity, grief and loss, stage of life transition/adjustment issues. .
