Not accepting new clients...4/6/22....My counseling approach is about collaborating with you and empowering you to identify and work through patterns that are negatively impacting daily life. Whether you have a history of anxiety or depression or perhaps you're going through a transitional period due to relocation, divorce, or just graduating from college, there are proven methods that can help you get back on track or even pursue a new track. I utilize a multi-modal approach including, but not limited to, solution focused, MBCT, Brainspotting, EMDR, positive psychology, humanistic, and existential.
Some specialty areas include: anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD (adolescent/adult), Bipolar Disorder, trauma recovery, divorce recovery, school issues, underachievement, relationship and dating issues, performance enhancement.
