About
During this especially difficult time, I embrace the opportunity to partner with individuals facing challenges on their journey. Through empowering clients as they directly face life's challenges they are able to explore solutions, find balance and experience harmony as they heal and establish a deeper, healthier, connection with their loved ones. My goal is to educate, support and inspire you to unwrap the issues that bind you to your current suffering and help you develop skills, insights and action plans to keep you moving in the direction of your highest intention.
I utilize Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Strength Based modalities. I enjoy working with older adolescents and adults facing a braod range of issues to include: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, childhood abuse (emotional, physical, sexual) wounds, aging, chronic pain/illness, and recovery.
We are far more capable than we imagine. We often underestimate the connection between our thoughts, beliefs and behaviors. They are intimately tied and influence our perspective.
