I have an eclectic approach: with a client-centered,
feminist
, and culturally humble perspective, focusing on individual strengths and goals.
It is most important to me to build an open, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment with a holistic focus on your whole self - mind, body, and heart - recognizing the ways our environment, experiences, and relationships impact our perspectives and senses of self. We can process stressors, explore growth points, and pursue goals through learning, challenging, and leaning into discomfort. I have experience working with diverse adults managing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and relationship concerns. I also accept clients seeking letters for gender affirming surgeries, this usually takes 2 appointments.
