There is a curious habit that I've noticed, especially when working with teens, that clients will mostly only work on the "issue of the week." This can have numerous benefits and can also delay the client's progress on any underlying concerns or patterns. Ideally, once a client has agreed to their treatment goals, they continue to take attainable steps towards that goal in therapy and in their daily life. When a client feels comfortable with their therapist to share their thoughts, emotions, and vulnerabilities, then deeper work can happen.

Immediate Openings Available for In person or Virtual! My philosophy for therapy is “you only get out of it what you put into it” so if you are open to talking through life stressors while utilizing helpful skills and tools, I am the therapist for you! As a therapist, I want to empower my clients to be the best version of themselves, while also showing love and compassion for their flaws, because hey, we're all human! I enjoy being a therapist because life is a rollercoaster and we have to learn to ride the ups and downs of life and it is okay to have someone there to help you along the ride!

From that foundation we may continue to build with CBT or shift, when appropriate, to a more nuanced approach such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT), or Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
My passion is working with adults who feel overwhelmed by their situation. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression or anger, or just going through big life changes. You deserve a safe, non-judgmental space to be truly heard, without pressure. Your goals might include regaining calm, rebuilding hope, feeling more like yourself again. Together, we can develop the tools you need to handle whatever comes next. Our struggles are like a puzzle, and we can solve yours together.

I integrate evidence based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic interventions to help you process experiences and build resilience.
You don’t have to face the impact of trauma or life’s challenges alone. If you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, panic, grief, or the lingering effects of past experiences, therapy can help you feel more grounded, supported, and at ease. I work with adults who are seeking post-traumatic growth, emotional stability, and a deeper sense of safety within themselves. Our sessions offer a calm, accepting space where you can explore what’s weighing on you and begin to move forward at a pace that feels right.

I am trained in a range of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, cognitive processing therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy and deliver these interventions using a flexible, person-centered approach.
I take a highly relational, evidence-based approach to therapy. As a trained social worker, I consider the systems that shape and hold a person as integral to their mental wellbeing. I believe individuals can be only understood, and cases only conceptualized, within their environmental context.

Using IFS, ACT, DBT skills, somatic work, and trauma processing, I help clients uncover the root of distress, build resilience, and foster long-term healing in a safe, supportive space.

Whether you’re navigating the challenges of an eating disorder, body image concerns, trauma, stress, or self-criticism, therapy can help. I provide an empathetic, supportive space where you can explore your emotions, develop coping strategies, and work toward lasting change. Therapy with me is not about simply managing symptoms, it is about helping you heal, build self-compassion, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values.

I use evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) based in Columbus, Ohio. I take a relaxed, collaborative, and conversational approach to therapy focused on helping clients feel genuinely understood, accepted, and comfortable being themselves. I feel that meaningful therapy starts with connection, warmth, and trust. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, stress, and life transitions (college, divorce, career changes). I especially enjoy working with “over-thinkers” — people who are highly self-aware, constantly analyzing, and often stuck in cycles of worry, perfectionism, or self-doubt.

Rooted in Buddhist principles, I support LGBTQ+, chronically ill, and neurodivergent adults find clarity and acceptance so they can move through life with confidence and dignity.
My eclectic background is invaluable to how I approach my therapeutic process. As a dancer, I've learned to connect with my body, attune with others, and express my inner world. With a bachelor's degree focused on Tibetan Buddhism, I embody compassion and mindfulness. In my career as a performer and puppeteer, I've fostered play, freedom, and persistence.
