I help women who are experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression feel grounded, supported, and validated. I am in tune with the unique ways that stress, depression, and anxiety affect women as well as specific triggers for these issues including women’s health issues, relationship issues, identity issues, work stress, family stress, infertility and reproductive trauma.
I provide a warm, supportive environment for women to process the anxiety, sadness, guilt, frustration, anger, depression, stress, and grief. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Shame Resilience to help women feel seen, heard, and healed.
