At Eating and Behavioral Health Associates, I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, PTSD and co-occurring emotional concerns. I help people to find their inner strength through connection of their mind and body, and use evidence-based treatments such as CBT-E and Cognitive Processing Therapy to help individuals become free of the burdens from eating disorders and trauma.
I offer individual and group therapy for a variety of eating concerns for adults 18 and over. I enjoy working with patients who find themselves struggling with their eating and bodies throughout adulthood.
